Which organisations does Ancestrias donate to?

As we told you in the About Us section, Ancestrias donates €1 for each of the purchases received. At the moment we are collaborating with the Hacedoras Project of the San Genaro Foundation. You can find out more at this link https://fundacionsangenaro.org.ar/hacedoras/

Why doesn't my product look exactly like the one in the photo?

All the objects sold in Ancestrias are handmade by craftswomen. Most of them are unique pieces, so the product you have chosen through the web is exactly the one we will send you. In cases where there is more than one unit of the same product, the small variations that you may see when you receive yours are due to the artisan method of work: as they are not made using machinery, there may be small differences with the photo. These differences are what make it unique, no two are exactly the same.

Why is the product I want not available in stock?

The objects we offer at Ancestrias are handmade and unique. There is only one unit of most of them, so once sold it is necessary to wait for the artisans to produce them again so we can offer a similar one (it will never be exactly the same!).

How can I receive information about news and promotions?

By subscribing to our Newsletter you will receive directly to your e-mail the news and promotions of the shop. You can also follow us on our social networks to be aware of everything that happens in Ancestrias.  

Can I reserve the product I want before seeing it available on the web?

As we work with artisans, and production times can vary (even due to weather conditions), we prefer to have the product available before agreeing to sell it. However, if you need to make a purchase of several units of any of the Ancestrias objects, please contact us at hola@ancestrias.shop so that we can check with the artisans if it is possible to produce a batch exclusively for you and the minimum quantities and associated times.

How do I know when my order will arrive?

Once you have completed your purchase and you have received your confirmation email, we will send you an email with the shipping confirmation and the tracking number of your order. This email may take a little longer to arrive, but you will receive it in less than 24 hours.

How can I be sure that my purchase has been made correctly?

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you haven't received it, please check your SPAM folder or send us an email to hola@ancestrias.shop
