- We ship within Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands), Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Netherlands, and Sweden. For other destinations, please contact us at hola@ancestrias.shop.

- The cost and delivery times are specified in each of the options available at the time of purchase, depending on the platform we use and the courier providers available.

- If you place your order on a non-working day (Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) or the day before it after 11am, your product will be dispatched on the next available working day.

Returns

Your order has arrived! Is it different from what you expected? 

It is very important to remember that the products offered by Ancestrias are handmade, so, like all craftsmanship, they may have small marks or differences that you would never find in mass-produced products. But therein lies their charm: they are unique products, full of meaning and with the stamp of their author. 

However, it is also true that there may be completely understandable reasons for you to want to return the product. For example:

- The product sent is not the one you bought.

- Although the measurements are unique and are specified on the website, it does not fit your needs.

- Or you simply want to make use of your right of withdrawal provided for by law.

Therefore, if you want to return it, you can make use of your right of withdrawal: buyers residing in the European Union have the right to return an item within 14 days of receipt.

The item must be in perfect condition: it must not have been used or tampered with; and it must be in its original packaging. To do this, you must follow these steps: 

- Send an email to hola@ancestrias.shop with your order number, the product to be returned, the reason for the return and a photograph of the product.

- We will reply to your email within 3 to 5 working days to confirm if the return is accepted.

If the return is accepted, we will send you an email with the steps to follow, which may include completing a cancellation form.

Once the product reaches us, we will credit you for the full amount you paid (including delivery costs, unless you have selected a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method, in which case we will cover the delivery costs up to that value). If the product was purchased at a discount, we will credit you for what you actually paid, even if the retail price is different at the time of return. Any other costs incurred in returning the product (in addition to those mentioned above) must be borne by the consumer.
